I'm still apprehensively interested in The Pickens Plan, which purports to be a plan leading the US to energy independence. I am skeptical of Pickens because of his financial backing of politicians like George W. Bush, and his very divisive involvement in the Swift Boat challenge in 2004. But, his positions on Wind Power and Natural Gas are very compelling. And his multi-million dollar campaign to get an Energy Independence plan passed within the first 100 days of the new administration seems genuine to me.
Anyone who has any information, an opinion, or anything to say, please comment. I am considering endorsing his plan, and I don't want to do so unadvised.
