If It Wasn't Hezbollah, Who Was It?

Today, rockets from Lebanon hit northern Israel, sparking fears that a 2nd front is being created in the Israeli-Gaza Conflict. Lebanese officials were quick to condemn the rocket fire, and stating that they believed Hezbollah had nothing to do with it. Interesting, considering yesterday, Hezbollah leader Sheikh Hassan Nasrallah stepped up his rhetoric against Israel, as well as Egypt and other Arab nations alluding that Hezbollah would join the fighting, saying they would make the Lebanon War look like a "walk in the park." And just five days ago, Nasrallah was criticizing Arab "collaborators" for Israel. Naturally, it is in Lebanon's best interests not only to downplay a renegade military action, but to distance themselves from the extremist language of Hezbollah. Iran is the likely culprit, having already inserted themselves into the conflict, and more than likely coordinating with Hezbollah.
