Domestic Partner Bill In Nevada Will Be A Big Fight
The Nevada state legislature on Thursday passed a bill granting domestic partnership rights to same sex (and heterosexual) couples. The state governor, Republican Jim Gibbons, has promised to veto. State senator, David Parks, a gay Democrat from Las Vegas, claims he has the votes to overturn a veto. So, the pissing contest has begun. The voting contest can't be far behind.
