Gay Penguins Raise A Family

Apparently, two male penguins in a German zoo, identified by zoologists as a "mated pair" have adopted an abandoned chick and are raising it together. This is not, by far, the first proven example that homosexuality occurs naturally in the animal kingdom. However, it is an adorable one. BBC News reports that, "Since the chick arrived, they have been behaving just as you would expect a heterosexual couple to do. The two happy fathers spend their days attentively protecting, caring for and feeding their adopted offspring." Full story here
