Early California Results Favor Clinton

With only 7% reporting, it is far too soon to call it. However, early California Democratic primary results favor Senator Hillary Clinton with 55%, leaving Senator Barack Obama far behind with 33%, and 10% going to John Edwards, who is no longer campaigning. The Edwards support is indicative of vote-early ballots, and may indicate that all results are still uncertain. Regardless, the surpassing early turnout in favor of Clinton is surely a relief to the New York Senator Clinton who has suffered a blow to her campaign, and implied Presidency's "inevitability" lately. It will no doubt be a long night in California as the results trickle in.
