Renewable Energy and Job Creation Act of 2008

Not entirely, "do-nothing," Congress passed a fairly decent tax bill last week: Renewable Energy and Job Creation Act of 2008. It was forwarded from the House of Representatives that passed the bill first, finalizing it on Sept, 21st., and it was passed 93-2 by the Senate two days later on Sept 23rd. It also includes some decent income tax provisions.
